Categories you add here are exclusive to your restaurant. You can toggle them on/off anytime — toggle off hides the category from your menu without deleting it.

"Restaurant Profit" and "Pay to Shop" are computed from each item's current Buy/Sell/Margin price set on the Collaborator Shops tab. If an item's price has changed since the order was placed, or the item was later deleted, that order's row is marked ⚠ price unmatched and won't be included in the payout totals — check it manually before paying.

Customers can only place orders when your restaurant is Open AND the current time falls within your opening hours. Outside these conditions, customers can browse the menu but cannot order.
